How
does God Speak to US?
Channeled

Caryl
Introduction:
As
the
first article in the Ancient and Present Day Mysteries series we felt it would be
important to give you extracts directly from the ZZ Message #26 of August
28, 2003, that help identify not only how
God speaks to you, but how
you can tell if it really is God
or a lesser god.
We feel this is especially timely since so many still believe in the
ancient myths that our Gods will come from the sky in some physical form to take over this
world. This comes from confusing ancients "visitors" from outer
space who were far more technologically advanced and appeared to be gods
to our primitive cultures on earth at that time. Hopefully, in the past
few thousand years we have progressed to the point where we can except
that there is other life out there in our universe, and in order
for them to visit here (which they have) they have to be technologically
superior to us, but they are lesser gods to the ones we know as our Spiritual parents—God from
the Otherside.
The ancient Aztec king Montezuma thought Cortez, the Spanish Conquistador,
was a God
because he came from across the ocean on ships--according to their
legends--with white wings. In one sense, they were Gods but no more than, nor less than, Montezuma. Let's not make
the same mistake from our own ignorance and legends built upon myths.
Zeb gives us information to distinguish the source of telepathic
communications from God
and others with this extract:
Zeb:> Our dearest Melvyn Caryl we were wondering when you would
finally get around to asking us this question ... we are pleased to be
able to expand on how you and others can tell the voices that are from within [God's] and those that are from without [Others].
If we may eliminate audible voices that you hear with your physical ear…
for these are created by that which is physical in your surroundings that
can create actual sound waves that activate the eardrum's vibratory
responses. These come from either [physical] or imaginary sources.
In this case, we can and do use the word imaginary
in the truest sense that you assign to that word's meaning. It isn't
real. But what is real when you hear voices or conversations with the inner
mind, or inner ear? These are words that are spoken without sound that you
perceive through your feelings or inspiration. It gets more difficult now,
you see
Let me say, you can tell the source of anything you hear with your inner
ear, or read with the mind, by the subject and nature of its content. For
example: What you hear from your higher self, or Spiritual self--which
includes us, your Guides and Guardians--will never ever impose
its will over your own personal freewill.
Remember
this, for this is a key
difference: We [God] will never
command or tell you what you must
do to please us, for in so doing we would be taking away the main purpose
for which your soul was created--to experience and grow spiritually
according to your
own plans and desires.
Nor
will our words or desires support the infliction of harm on others. As
your ancient Druids believed—unlike many of your prevalent religions
today, “Harm no one.”
Our
words are primarily to assist you and others to become who you chose to be
before your first
incarnation into this world. By that we mean--while at times we provide
you information about past, present and future events in your world, our main
focus is on our world--the world of soul and spirit, your inner,
not outer world.
Mel:>
How will we know the truth of the words we hear if they contradict what
has been spoken by others?
Zeb:>
Ah! Now there is a challenge. First you must determine if the words spoken
by others were indeed received from a higher source [God] and whether they
were intended for you or others. [Mel's Note: This includes our words from
Zeb & Zarna.]
Mel:>
Okay, how?
Zeb:>
First consider what I said before. No words were ever spoken by God
commanding you to do His/Her
will. No words were ever spoken by any but a lesser god that commanded you to kill another or harm another in any
way for any reason. This
includes human sacrifice and the destruction of believed idolaters by
religious extremists.
You
can see this in your world in those you call "terrorists" who
inflict harm on innocent men, women and children as a public protest to
highlight their causes. None of them are of God—nor those who kill
doctors in front of abortion clinics or those who claim to be on some Holy War.
Those
of your Christian Church who in times past in the name of God killed those
who dissented from [their] popular beliefs—like the Gnostic
Christians—will be dealt with in kind, by their own kind. Their physical
bodies will be returned to dust and their souls recycled until they learn,
"Harm
no one."
No
words were ever spoken by God
that put man above woman or woman above man. You are both co-creators of your reality. You are Gods—every man, every
woman, every child of every race, every nationality ever born are children
of God. And as such are Gods themselves. God does not command Gods.
Besides
these general determinants of God's
Word, there are other considerations. I shall remind you that God does
not communicate with words--never
has, never will. Words are your devices, created by your cultures
as symbols of the things they
represent--not the thing itself. We communicate through your feelings and
inspiration at levels far below the hearing and speech centers--to your
deep inner level of knowing.
You
in turn translate what we give you into higher level symbols (words) to
convey to others what we communicate. You confuse yourself by
anthropomorphizing God. [Making God like man] God does not have a tongue,
lips, nose, hands, feet or fingers as
you
do. While you are Gods on Yourside
in the physical dimension—the Gods you hear from Ourside are pure radiant energy—frequencies, vibrations, not
physical human bodies.
[Mel's
Note: Zeb is constantly referring to the levels of the soul and levels of
God. If this is unfamiliar to you, we recommend you read, under the
“Twin Soul Series,” the article, A
Comprehensive Guide to the Soul.]
Zeb:>When
we speak in the "Tongues of Angels," as some of you call it
[also "The Unknown Tongue," usually associated with what some
believe to be "The Baptism of the Holy Spirit"] we do not speak
gibberish that another must interpret. That is pure fantasy. We speak into
the hearts of all men, women and children and they understand us in their
own languages and dialects. [This is the true meaning of “Speaking in
Tongues”] There is no need for translation or interpretation for with
such, meaning is lost. Therefore it is pointless to say, "God
said...." or squabble over “His/Her Word.” You, men and women,
relay what you believe we meant through your
words. [See also, How it all Began:
The Channeling Process.]
You [Melvyn Caryl] give to others what we [Zeb & Zarna] give to you.
Others could too. God speaks to all
people all the time, but few listen. Others have said this before, but
many would rather place their belief in what others claim I've said, even
when I had absolutely nothing
to do with it.
Rather than believe my voice they can hear within, they prefer to believe
in words cultivated in a belief structure (religion) that was meant for a
different people and a [different] culture 2,000 years ago. They would
rather believe that in those following centuries God has ceased to talk to
all mankind and that those "He/She" did talk to way back then
were saints, prophets, apostles or somehow gifted masters.
I tell you this: For more than 80,000 of your Earth years, God has never
ceased talking to His and Her creations (men and women) and the messages
were always relevant to the time, culture and its people.
Today's Earth societies would not accept what was given by God to the
Neanderthals some 25,000 years ago as a guide to live your life by today.
Why then do many accept what was given to the Sumerians, Babylonians and
Egyptians before the Hebrews? What makes that which was said some 2000 years
ago seem more appropriate for this time than what is being said today by
those speaking for God?
I will tell you again, God has never
stopped communicating to men and women in words commonly used by their
people--words that are appropriate to the time and place. God's messages
were never meant to be written. Writing is both a convenience and a
hindrance.
Mel:>
Whoa! How so? Am I not doing exactly that, writing what you say in words?
Zeb:>
You are.
Mel:>
Then how can they be both a convenience and a hindrance at the same time?
Zeb:>
I didn't say that they would be a convenience and a hindrance at
the same time. I said they would be a convenience--as in spreading my
messages to others unwilling or unable to my voice from within. They would
be a hindrance when they are taken into other lands and other times and an
attempt is made to apply these understandings as gospel.
Mel:>
So what you give me is really appropriate for the here and now?
Zeb:>
Give or take a thousand years or so, and whether situations exist
similarly as in your culture. You are now into the Twenty-first Century
and some of your detractors are still trying to hold on to First Century
cultural myths and legends that were meant for another people.
Mel:>
All this is very interesting and informative, but I feel you are telling
me what I already know.
Zeb:>
I am, but others don't know. Some won't accept it—those you can forget.
They will get another chance to "get it." Others are on the
verge of "getting it," and have rejected beliefs that don't make
sense just as you did. Those you can help. You can help by giving them
words of empowerment not restraint.
Mel:>
I will do my best for as long as I'm able for those who'll listen, but I still
have more questions.
Zeb:>
So ask! What's preventing you? We're listening.
Mel:>
Well, how do I recognize the source of the messages I hear and from whom
it comes? It sort of reminds me of those old rural party-line telephone
connections where you could hear the voices of people but didn't know who
they were or where they were coming from.
Zeb:>
But that didn't stop you from listening, now did it?
Mel:>
No. It was fun hearing what others had to say.
Zeb:>
Before talk radio.
Mel:>
Yeah, before talk radio. So what gives? Why so many voices that
aren't really voices?
Zeb:>
Why so many? Do you think there is only one source? Don't forget
about your Guides and Guardians, sometimes even family members who have
passed to Ourside, or that are
still where you are and speaking to you.
Mel:>
Meaning telepathy?
Zeb:> Exactly. Telepathy. The mind is a radiant beacon, transmitting
thoughts in powerful waves that never cease. They go out, forever, passing
beyond your galaxy, beyond your universe, and occasionally into other
dimensions.
Mel:>
And if they can go out, others can come in?
Zeb:> Exactly. Messages can come in from as many different sources as
there are minds or intellects to transmit them.
Mel:>
That's a bunch!
Zeb:> You are right there. Luckily for you, like a radio or TV, your
mind is not tuned in to most of
them. They pass right through you and keep on going and you never know it,
until...
Mel:>
Until what?
Zeb:>
Until they are directed strongly and specifically at you in a tight
focused beam on a wavelength that you can receive and when you are willing
and receptive to hearing or seeing them. Then you will hear and see what
others meant for you from Ourside
and from Yourside.
Mel:>
But it's rare that people achieve that ability of focus to transmit and receive
on my side.
Zeb:> Did I not just say, God speaks to all people, all the time, but
only a few listen? Well, that is the meaning of that. Not all even on Ourside have perfected the skill to transmit their thoughts across
the barriers of time, space, and dimension. Was it not I, Zeb, who was
first heard, then Zarna, then Markus and Aileen [Melvyn Caryl's Spirit
Guides]. In that order, your
Creator Gods, masculine intellect first, feminine emotion second, then
your Spirit Guides.
[End of Dialogue]
Melvyn Caryl presents in conclusion the truth that God speaks to all of us
through what is commonly called, “the
sixth sense," your "gut
feelings" and knowing. Yes, these feelings and knowings can and
often are distorted by what you have been led to believe and accepted as truth
by others. We tend to reject that which we don't understand or believe
whether it is truth or not. In this case, at that moment it is not
our truth.
So a part of the process of knowing how God speaks to us has to take into
consideration that we hear only what we want to hear.
We “filter out” what we don't want to hear—a process that we learned
as children when we “tuned out”
our parents. As adults we are still
"tuning out" our God, our Spiritual Parents when we
believe only what others tell us is God's Word.
As the word spreads, gradually, more and more are hearing "The Voice
of Zeb and Zarna," Let your feelings tell you whether "The Voice
of Zeb & Zarna" resonates within your heart. If not, give it
time. But we can assure you that you will hear “The Voice” again and again from another by a
thousand names speaking from ten thousand voices.
Peace & Love,
Melvyn
