Introduction:
Dear
Friends:
This
series was taken from a rather long channeled message. We have
broken it into several shorter segments to facilitate
reading on screen. At the end of each section is a link to the
next page of the series. We hope this makes for less tedious on
screen read.

Love,

Once
Caryl wanted to know what happens when one dies. Zarna and I chose
this topic for this evening because this question is on the minds
of many. Everyone seems to have an opinion of what happens
after "death." Often these beliefs have become
distorted by the ancient beliefs that were based in fear and myth
and later used by religions to control the hearts and minds of
people.
What
happens when we die? For those who don't already know; you don't
die. What you are is a fusion of energy and matter, and even your
scientists have long told you that matter can not be destroyed. It
is merely transformed from one form to another. But for the moment
we will use your illusion of "death" so that
everyone will understand what we are talking about.
What
happens when you die? You come Home. You come back to the place
where you were created--every last one of you. There are no
exceptions. There are no "saved" or "lost."
There are only those who meet their goals and objectives for their
incarnation and those who fall short.
There
are many events that can happen on your side before the transition
between the dimensions to "The Otherside" occurs.
There are even two main types of crossings or transitions and
there are any number of things that may happen on this side in
the afterlife, or in between lives that will differ accordingly,
depending on your stage of soul development--sometimes called
"Soul Age."
So
let's discuss these three main periods:
Before
Transition --after death.
The
Transition --crossing over.
After
Transition --what happens on the Otherside.
Before
Transition
When
death occurs, you experience a separation of the physical from the
energy. Your soul and spirit (energy) separates from your physical
body (matter). This energy (your soul and spirit) is the totality
of Who You Are. It contains all your hopes, dreams and memories of
your most recent incarnation. The Body is just the shell--the
purpose of which is to enable you to accomplish your goals in this
lifetime--the means whereby you physically experience events in
your reality. You have had many bodies which have projected many
spirit images, but you have only one soul of which your incarnated
"self" is a part.
When
you first discard your body you discover many new freedoms. You
can travel from "here" to "there" wherever you
want to be by thought. You can move through solid physical
barriers like walls and doors and you can fly. If you are an
advanced soul--one who had done this many times--you will
recognize what has occurred and will rejoice. You will expect the
portal to open soon after your passing to allow your immediate
transition.
If
you are a relatively new soul this separation may be hard to
accept at first and there is a period of denial, "I'm not
dead!" You will think you are still alive for everything you
have thought of as yourself is still with you. This is even more
the case if the passing is sudden and unexpected, or if your body
is unrecognizable because of an accident. Often upon separation
one may not recognize their previous shell for it looks totally
different because the life has gone out of it. It is no
longer "you."
You
are not dead, but living in the illusions of your
physical life, you may believe you are. You are no longer
physical. You feel so invigorated and "alive" for the
first time in your "life," free of pain, free of the
heaviness of the earth dimension, you want to go on living.
If you recognize your body you try to reconnect with it, but the
"cord" is broken. You cannot go back. It is
usually at this time that your Spirit Guide or loved one who has
passed on before will meet you.
You
will try hard to convince the doctors and nurses or perhaps the
family members by your bedside that you are not dead and you will
get frustrated and angry. No one can hear you. You may try to grab
someone to shake some sense into them and your hands will pass
right through them. Your spirit Guide or loved one from this
side, responds to you. You try to convince them you are
not dead, and they are understanding--for you are not really dead.
You have become pure energy.
Sometimes
this happens in the same room where the separation occurs, or many
miles from your remains if you have instantly rushed home to tell
your husband or wife. You are there, but not there. The transition
portal comes to where you are, not to your body.
Often
with new souls an argument ensues between you and your Spirit
Guide who has come to take you Home. Your pre-life memory is slow
to awaken. All you can remember is this life, and you still have
so many hopes, so many plans that were left unfulfilled. You fight
by sheer force of your own free will to stay and no power can
force you to cross. That is just how powerful your free will is.
If you are not convinced, you are in danger of becoming an
earth-bound soul. (See more on Earth-bound
Souls)
In
rare cases, your life experience had been so traumatic that your
soul is deeply wounded and is in a state similar to one who is
comatose. In this case, your unconscious soul is gently and
lovingly carried across in the arms of your Guide or loved one for
healing. Souls can become so wounded by life experience that they
need healing before they can continue. There are "Soul
Healers" on our side (and on yours) who are
skilled in restoring injured souls. No soul is ever lost!
