Dear Friends and Family:

Zeb and Zarna have given very little counsel concerning right and wrong, or telling us what we should do and should not do. The one exception has been the directive to, “Do No Harm.” Of course even with this there are exceptions. But as I looked though the messages recently phrases started popping out at me, and I realized that all along they had been giving us suggestions regarding Guidance for Spiritual Living.

Please, these are not to be seen as “commandments” but rather direction that will help empowerment us to make positive choices. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did finding these jewels tucked away within the growing volume of the ZZ teachings.

The ZZ Attitudes

To BE

Be a light to others through your kindness. 5:11

Be an inspiration, a guiding light to others. 85

Be aware that there are constantly new truths being given and we are as close as your next heartbeat. 90

Be flexible and conduct all things with LOVE. 26:136

Be mindful of the wisdom of sages: "Love is all there is," "Harm no one." 6:9

Be in peace as you demonstrate our Love. 18:82

Be ready. Be Love. That is what you are--Love's Beacon. You are freedom. 8:27

Be a source of Love, to give and receive Love from others. 6: 8

Be the Earth Mother of abundance to the glory of your heart. 37:26

Be Not

Be not afraid for if you listen to your heart and not your mind, you will realize that what you are hearing is the same as what she writes to you. Rely on her wisdom and knowledge--it has built temples in Her name. 14:6

Be not afraid, for they will use your fear to discredit you and us. 26:150

Be not afraid, nor be shackled by another's conventions. When confronted by the traditionalists, challenge them with: "Is your way working any better?" 26:112

Be not afraid, you can overcome all of this. 20:8

Be not afraid, you are complete and should enjoy the process of creation. There is no power that can threaten you, unless you let it. 69:32

Be not afraid, you will both merge with the Divine, joining in all ways and therein find more freedom and individuality than you can imagine. 13:19

Be not afraid of your presents and futures, we are with you in all of them. We are those helping you to realize and fulfill the purposes you have selected. You are not our minions. You are of our family. 14:10

Be not afraid to declare and cast off false beliefs. 80:35

Be not afraid to lead others to discover themselves and to hear our voices from within, rather than from your mouths alone. We are not "Lords" over others Who Are God, and neither are you. Be Speakers and Teachers for others so that they can know Who They Are. Remember this: you are not “God-like beings.” You are “Gods being humans.” 80:39

Be not amazed by God's creation--you are part of it. 76:25

Be not ashamed, nor belittled by the limitations of mortal minds. On this side you know even more. 6: 2

Be not ashamed to be a part of God (Zeb) as you are part of me; (Zarna) Goddess. Love includes, it doesn't exclude. It is a union of Earth Mother and Spiritual Mother as well as it is a union of Earth Mother and Earth Father and Spiritual Mother and Spiritual Father. 54:22

Be not ashamed to reserve some things for your Elders [those who are spiritually evolved] that you keep from your Children. You must provide levels of reality for those who have reached different stages of growth. You no longer feed an adult "baby food." 64:26

Be not attracted to words like "kingdoms." Kingdoms are of man's creation, not of God's. Their time has passed. 80:40

Be not concerned nor troubled. Listen to me in silence and you will hear me without words. 8:4

Be not confused by words of your own creation, neither create your own words to separate yourselves from each other. Such only creates more confusion. 76:22

Be not deceived by those who place mortal restrictions on the immortal. 6:3

Be not dependant on one another but give each other support. 6:10

Be not diminished by doubt and fear. 6:8

Be not diminished, but give the weak strength. 6:9

Be not dismayed. “False Prophets” always reveal themselves eventually. The tragedy is how they affect the confidence of those truly seeking the truth when they reveal themselves for who [and what] they are. 73:3

Be not dismayed by sensationalist theories whose main objective is to sell books and make a name for themselves. There are elements of truth in what they say, but these truths are as grains of salt. They flavor the meal. They are not the meal itself. Fear not. I will prepare your feast when you are ready to dine at my table. 49:3

Be not drawn to the charisma of our Speakers but to our words. 80:51

Be not enamored with words spoken in your ancient or foreign tongues. What you need today, we will give today, through our Speakers in contemporary languages. 80:47

Be not faded when others fade, held back when others wither; yet Love does not abandon. 6:9

Be not governed by the beliefs of the ancients. Their time and wisdom was for a while. Their time is not your time. 18:80

Be not governed nor dominated by one to the exclusion of all others. The secret of life is to achieve balance in all things. Seek harmony that is both temporal and eternal, internal and external, male and female, for all are One. As in all things, choose a union of mind, heart and body. 71:31

Be not held back, nor restrained from your soul's growth by another, for we each walk a separate path. 6:10

Be not limited by others limitations. Give unto others according to their own needs, but be mindful that "according to your own needs" is paramount. 6:10

Do Not

Do not be distressed when that (our) voice appears unclear. We are grateful for the opportunity to speak through you. 20:4

Do not believe that by saying there are many paths and they all lead to God, that all paths are equal, or even acceptable to God. Hardly! What this means is that all will eventually reach God--for some the path will be much longer than others. For some getting there will be at the expense of pain and suffering of others. In your terms, this is not right, and you are well within your spiritual mission to point out ways of religious beliefs that are self-serving, self-destructive and harmful to others. 30:16

Do not challenge each other. Strive for understanding in all things, but don't be afraid to challenge other "authorities." 14:5

Do not disturb your rest or your work, but seek us in the quietude of your hearts. Find ways to express us to each other with your love. Remember Love is the reason for your being. 13:23

Do not let others, even us, tell you, discover it for yourself. Therein lies the experience of life and living. Let that which is within you come to the surface, and be express as Who You Are. 57:27

Do not let others dictate to you misunderstandings of my words brought down through tradition. 82:9

Do not make the mistake your ancients made by deifying other life forms just because they come from elsewhere. One day, your kind will go elsewhere. Do you want to be "worshipped?" 49:4

Do not take your Yin/Yang symbol too literally. It is inspired, but still, it is a symbol. 19:26

Do not take too literally that the masculine is light and the feminine is dark, nor that the only gender halves are masculine and feminine. They aren't. 19:26

Do not think it is a limitation on you or us if we are not able to fully answer all your questions to your immediate satisfaction. In time all knowing will come. 69:1
